Put Actual Intelligence behind AI

DigiDue is led by Levon Baronian, who has spent more than 25 years building real, complicated systems. This is not another AI shop. This is engineering for operations that cannot afford to “see what happens.”

Who is actually doing this

DigiDue is based in Sherman Oaks, California. We work with law firms — especially personal injury — property managers, nonprofits and membership organizations, and other operations-heavy teams that are tired of covering software gaps with headcount — or with a weekend of DIY AI.

The company is led by Levon Baronian, a Los Angeles engineer and operator with more than 25 years building operational software. That includes work at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and enterprise workflow systems used by large organizations. The common thread is not a slide deck. It is systems that had to keep working.

AI is a component. It is not the architecture, the integration, the failure mode, or the person who gets called at 9 p.m. when a vendor API changes. That part is still a professional job.

You wouldn’t rewire your house yourself

You wouldn’t do advanced plumbing or electrical work inside your home, then call a licensed electrician after the house has flooded or burned. Don’t do that with the pipes between your CRM, your inbox, your documents, and your customers.

People try. Then they lose time, money, customers, and trust — and hire a professional to rebuild it. Hire that professional first.

Use it, or it will abuse you

The other mistake is sitting this out. AI will replace the operators who refuse to use it. The firms and companies that put real systems behind it will take the work. Doing it yourself is how the house burns. Ignoring it is how you get run over.

From Due to Done.

The other line is still the job. Get the follow-up, the documents, and the disconnected steps out of capable people’s days. Just don’t pretend a downloaded tool can own that.
